Bråten is one of Scandinavia's leading organizational and leadership advisors with consulting experience from various industries and sectors. Partner / Specialist in Health, Safety, and Environment

Falkum has a background as a leader, organizational advisor, crisis and conflict researcher, and non-fiction author. She has national and international experience from the healthcare sector, most recently as a leader in specialist health services at Oslo University Hospital. Since 2010, Falkum has led development processes for businesses in the private and public sectors.

In 2022, she was selected to participate in Google's Norwegian incubator program for female entrepreneurs. Falkum has a particular focus on strategic organizational development.
